Levels


1. Admin

Admin is key person with full rights to view and control the software.

  • Admin can Add Head/Area Manager (Sub-level) working in the company and assign them unique user id and password.
  • Admin can also add employees directly at company panel (directly under company control).
  • Admin can check their heads information and their subheads information as well as all the employees associated with their company chain.
  • Admin can activate and deactivate their heads/ employee and the same for all level.
  • Admin can assign / cross check / Confirm the location (duty place) of the employee.
  • Admin can track any employees at anytime from anywhere through track button given at the attendance panel
  • Can approve/ reject leave/expense etc. as submitted by Head, sub-head or employees.


2. Head/Area Manager

Head can Add Sub-Head/ Cluster Incharge working in the company and assign user id and password.

  • Head can Add employees directly at Head panel.
  • A Head can check their subheads information as well as all the employees associated with their sub-level.
  • A Head can activate and deactivate their sub-head/ employee.
  • Confirm the location added by the employee
  • Can track any employees at anytime from anywhere through track button given at the attendance panel
  • Can approve/ reject leave/expense etc. as submitted by sub-head or employees.


3. Sub-Head/Cluster Incharge

Sub-Head can Add employees working under him.

  • A Sub-Head can check all the employees associated with their him.
  • A Sub-Head can activate and deactivate his employee.
  • Confirm the location added by the employee.
  • Track any employees through track button given at the attendance panel.
  • Can approve/ reject leave/expense etc as submitted by employees.
  • Can see and export monthly compiled attendance.
